VAT & CUSTOMS DUTIES
We sell excl. VAT to the UK and customs clearance charges and fees may be payable on items entering the UK. The shipping fee that we are charging at checkout only covers the physical transportation of your order from our warehouse in Denmark to your delivery address. Any customs or import duties are charged by local customs agencies or the shipping company once the parcel reaches the UK. These have historically been in the range of 20-25% of the value of your order. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel when being claimed. This can happen before delivery will be arranged by the shipping company or after delivery has happened, this is depending on the given shipping company and their internal procedures.
Unfortunately, Munin Sports do not have any control over these charges and we suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you purchase any item from Munin Sport so you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting when originally placing the order.
If any parcels are returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, Munin Sports reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs Munin Sports incur upon receiving the item returned.

TRACK & TRACE
When you have completed a purchase with muninsports.com you will receive an email order confirmation. Within 24 hours you will receive an email from the shipping company with the tracking number of your package. They will keep you updated on your order, whenever necessary. You will receive an email, if there are any changes in your purchase or delivery date.
DELIVERY
You don’t have to be at home, when your delivery arrives. You can leave a note on your front door, stating that you authorise the shipping company to leave the package on the doorstep. REMEMBER to write your tracking number on the note and sign it. You can download an authorisation form (PDF) here.
