2020 Christmas Delivery

To ensure your gifts arrive before Christmas, please check the US delivery times. We ship with UPS from our warehouse in New Jersey.

  • 1-3 weekdays: Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Manie
  • 2-4 weekdays: New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Virginia,
    West Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, Michigan, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana
  • 3-5 weekdays: Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Illionois, Wisconsin, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Kansas
  • 4-6 weekdays: Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota
  • 5-7 weekdays: Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Arizona, Utah, California, Nevada, Washington
  • 6-8 weekdays: Idaho, Oregon

Track & Trace

When you have completed a purchase with you will receive an email order confirmation. Within 24 hours you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number of your package. UPS will keep you updated on your order, whenever necessary. You will receive an email, if there are any changes in your purchase or delivery date.


You don’t have to be at home, when your delivery arrives. You can leave a note on your front door, stating that you authorise UPS to leave the package on the doorstep. REMEMBER to write your tracking number on the note and sign it. You can download an authorisation form (PDF) here

Extended Returns Policy for the Christmas Season

We’ve decided to extend the deadline for returning Christmas gifts. This means that any purchases made from during the period 20 november – 24th december 2020 can be returned for refund right up until 31st January 2021.

If you want to return a gift purchased online at, you have the option of returning or exchanging it. In order to exchange it, you must have the original receipt and the product must be returned unused and in the same condition, in which you received it.
